We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the worlds leading multinational stationary
Service Operator Manager
Main Accountabilities:
· Develop and manage capacity plan in term of human resources and infrastructures in service operation in order to improve SLA and CSI
· Plan and control improvement of process and competencies of employees regarding spare part usage in order to reduce warranty cost
· Lead the implementation of sales generating plan in order to ensure the achievement of targeted Service revenue
· Manage and monitor outsource partner, implementation of technology and system so as to achieve operational efficiency
· Propose enhancement of the Service CRM so as to improve the response time of Customer Service
· Develop and coach employees to acquire needed competencies in order to improve team performance
· Recommend solution for every special case and customer complain towards Acer Service Center in order to maintain customer satisfaction level
· Coordinate weekly meeting and monthly meeting to monitor progress and status services in each unit
Qualifications:
§ University degree majoring in Management or Engineering
§ Minimum 7 years working experience in service industry (IT/consumer electronics/electronics industry) with 5 years experience in Managerial position
§ English is mandatory
