Client Representative Officer (CRO SPV)
Placement : Purwakarta
Responsibilities:
*Record and send insurance claims to insurance company and report to IBS.
*Record and Report payment to Finance to enable distribution to the employee. Send payment finalizing report to IBS Jakarta.
*Checking the operational of SPV clinics once a week.
*Received employee’s complaints and input it to the system
*Explain insurance procedure and treatment procedure at the clinics.
Requirements:
*Min diploma degree in any major
*Preferably with Insurance background and/or experience in general insurance admin or claim
*Fluent in English, especially written
*Proficient in spreadsheet applicantion and word processing
*Customer service oriented.
*Willing to be place in Purwakarta.
