Responsibilities:
Sales data management and Procurement.
Management reporting.
Preparation of reports for Finance Department.
Preparation of powerpoint presentations, Financial reports.
Support to IPO General Manager and Planning Manager.
Event(Procurement meeting and procurement staff training) coordination.
Hotel and Flight arrangement for IPO members and guests.
Ad-hoc duties include administrative matters for IPO.
Support to IPO General Manager and HQ to promote procurement innovation for Asian region.
Procurement strategy creation for Group in Asia.
Requirements:
*Degree holder in any discipline.
*Diploma graduates in any discipline with a few years of experience in the electronics industry are also welcome.
*Possess a extensive level of knowledge in Excel (V LOOK-UP, PIVOT Tables)and *Powerpoint, preferable with certification.
*Team player and fast learmer
*Pleasant Disposition.
*Added advantage for those who are able to Read & write Japanese.
